The connection between hair loss and Vitamin D Deficiency


What is a deficiency?

When your body is not getting the right amount of nutrients from the food, it creates a deficiency in the body. Our body needs all the vitamin to function properly. The lack of vitamin leads to several problems such as hair loss, knee pain, swelling, joint pain etc.

One such deficiency is Vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D helps in maintaining the proper growth of the body

The patient going through hair loss treatment can take Vitamin D supplements. But it's not evident that the problem will be solved completely.

But one should keep in mind that the Vitamin D supplements are fat-soluble and generate far too much if the intake is very high.
