Alopecia is the termite of today, how to kill it?

You may see a termite in a place, but trust me, it is never one. Termites are destructive insects that can finish off a forest in no big time. They live in large numbers and can easily attack you or crops.

Alopecia is termed as a termite today since you it starts with single strands out and later spread to the whole scalp. You can also term it as wild fire. 68% of males with bald never watched alopecia take the course regardless of whether they were aware of the effects or unaware.

It is important to take action the moment you witness an increase in hair loss. It is quite easy to find out.

Take a comb and pass it in the frontal hair. If you see a reduction in density and thickness, then try to see a dermatologist for advice or for alopecia areata treatment in India before it spreads. Normally, females lose their hair in this manner compared to most men.

What to do?
  • Even though you have met a dermatologist, home remedies are as important as the doctor’s advice and treatment. Take action as the victim in this manner
  • Alter your habits. It is easier said than done, reduce and quit smoking if you do
  • In case of a woman, try to modify your styling methods. Let the hair rest from the exposure to heat and braiding it
  • For men and women: get enough sleep, normally for 7 to 9 hours
  • Have healthy meals. Try to get supplements of vitamins and proteins
  • Avoid stress and treat any autoimmune disease
